To receive a breast enhancement, it’s important that you’re of an age that your breasts are fully developed and that you are not actively pregnant or breastfeeding. About three weeks prior to your surgery, you will visit the ACPS office for a pre-operative appointment to sign all necessary forms and get your before photos taken. On the day of surgery, you’ll receive general anesthesia, and you will be in surgery for one to four hours. Dr. Fischer will make specific incisions, dependent upon your consultation discussion.
