This innovative procedure uses a minimally invasive laser to refresh your neck and lower face by toning, smoothing and tightening the skin. It decreases wrinkles, fine lines and other age-related issues and requires no skin removal. With a low risk and a high rate of effectiveness, it’s a smart alternative to a full face and neck lift.
Dr. Beverly Fischer has worked with this technology since its introduction and understands how to expertly sculpt your skin to create the youthful look you desire around smaller areas such as the lower face, jawline, neck, and arms. It can also be used as a treatment for excessive sweating or axillary gland ablation.
Results are immediate, so you’ll see improvements right away!
If you are looking for neck tightening and contouring, or if you’re unhappy with your neck and lower facial area but don’t have extensive neck bands or sagging, the PrecisionTX procedure may be a good fit for you.
This neck revitalization method is less invasive than a traditional face or neck lift since lasers do the shaping, and no excess skin or tissue is removed. Heat stimulates collagen production which leads to skin tightening.
The PrecisionTx treatment is performed by using a very small tube inserted under the skin. A unique laser fiber inside the tube delivers energy directly under the skin. The precise laser energy improves the quality of patients’ skin, while simultaneously disrupting and eliminating fat cells in selected areas of the face, including under the chin and neck.
If you are considering a face or neck lift but would like the benefits of a minimally invasive operation, you’re a good candidate. PrecisionTX is a solution to those unhappy with loose skin around their neck area, and those who may not be fully ready to commit to a facelift.
*Reports note an 80% improvement in sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles, double chins, and excess fat near the jawline and neck.

Fill out this form to schedule your consultation for a thoughtful, truthful recommendation. Sometimes you just don’t need to have work done, and we will certainly let you know if that’s the case.
About three weeks prior to your PrecisionTX procedure, you’ll come to our offices to sign consent forms and receive pre- and post-operative instructions.
For Precision TX treatments, we’ll administer local anesthesia and Dr. Fischer will perform a one-hour surgery following best practices for this specific method. Afterward, we’ll make you comfortable with supportive compression garments designed to help you heal faster. You’ll be able to go home that day, but you must have a caretaker take you home from the practice. Any discomfort can be treated with prescription medication.
You’ll wear the compression garment on your face to minimize swelling and promote healing for 1-2 weeks.
You may still have some light bruising and swelling, but that should resolve shortly.
You’ll notice even better results as the collagen fills in, and your skin will continue to improve in its elasticity, texture, and thickness.
